We UNDERSTAND how difficult it is to plan a wedding and reception. That's why we listen to all of the concerns my clients may have. To begin, we must gather pertinent information in order to CUSTOMIZE the festivities. And, that is because we do a lot more than just supply the music, we HOST your entire gathering.

My company would like to assist you in planning your wedding, by offering our time. We have carefully designed and provided you with QUESTIONNAIRES.  These questions enable us to get a clearer vision of your event. After we receive this form, we will generate a price quote based on the information you've provided. Then, it would be best if you spoke to one of our representatives or myself, Sharon Elias, Owner.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of this business is getting to know new client's; their personalities and tastes. This way we can make informed decisions and create a festive environment for you and your guests with insight about your character and party needs.

EVENT COORDINATION AT YOUR WEDDING

Experience in event coordination dictates the following formula: if you have over 125 wedding guests, it becomes necessary to engage two entertainers. The Master of Ceremonies makes the announcements and is your HOST. The Disc Jockey's job is to make sure the right music is played at the right time. With two people working together, we can assure that the caterer, photographer and videographer are supervised, thus enabling you to enjoy this special event. This combination is also recommended if games, dances and other interactive services are purchased. However, if you already supply a host, there is no need to employ the services of an additional person.

SEQUENCE OF EVENTS

Here are the traditional series of events that generally take place. Please take note, we can customize the sequence at your request. Our Disc Jockeys and/or Master of Ceremonies will make announcements, prompting your guests to the following historical traditions:

  • Grand Entrance Entire bridal party or life partners only
  • Toast
  • Main Course
  • First Dance
  • Parents and Bridal Party Dance
  • Cake Cutting
  • Bouquet & Bouquet Toss and Garter & Garter Toss
  • Fathers/Daughters & Mothers/Sons Dance optional
  • Dollar Dance optional
